Alinda joined Ashton Ross Law as a legal intern in September 2021 with an interest in immigration law. She has since graduated from university with her Bachelor of Laws
(L.L.B) during which time she continued to work as a trainee paralegal at Ashton Ross Law.
Currently, following completion of her law degree, she has progressed to a paralegal position, working closely with the corporate immigration department of the firm. During
her time with Ashton Ross Law she has undertaken a range of work including applications under the ECAA route and has developed a keen interest in civil litigation, by
assisting in various contentious cases. She has also assisted in various private and family life immigration cases as well as tourist visas and is continuing to build on her
experience within the firm. Throughout her experience she has become further interested in corporate immigration and is keen to continue adding to her experience within this
sphere.
Alinda was born in Turkey and moved to the UK when she was three years old. She can speak both English and Turkish fluently. Due to her personal experiences with
immigration she is incredibly passionate about making the legal process easier and less stressful for the firm’s clients.
Alinda now intends to undertake studies in order to
take part in the Solicitor’s Qualifying Exams, and eventually qualify as a solicitor.
