Daniela is a dual qualified solicitor of Mexico, England and Wales.
She finalised her Bachelor of Laws (cum laude) in Mexico and completed her LL.M at King’s College, London. Daniela also undertook a bachelor’s degree in Economics to gain a better understanding of policy and regulation.
Daniela has over 8 years work experience dealing with public law litigation and administrative law investigations within different regulatory bodies in Mexico and the UK. She has led several high-profile regulatory investigations and worked on different public law litigation matters.
Since joining Ashton Ross Law, Daniela has worked closely with the Immigration and Public law department and assisted in multiple judicial review and appeal cases. She has also worked on some civil and family law matters.
Daniela speaks and writes fluent English and Spanish.
