Insha joined Ashton Ross Law as a Legal Intern in February 2023 and quickly progressed to the position of a Trainee Paralegal within the Immigration Department. She aids the department on ECAA cases, Skilled Worker cases, as well as Further Leave to Remain, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Naturalisation.
Insha graduated from City, University of London with a First Class Bachelors of Law (L.L.B with Honours). During her undergraduate studies, she received an Award for Academic Achievement for her studies in International Commercial Arbitration. She also completed her LLM Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Holborn in February 2023.
Prior to joining Ashton Ross Law, Insha volunteered as an English Teacher to recently arrived refugees to better support them to integrate into UK society. Upon engaging with their stories and understanding the difficulties refugees face, Insha was motivated to specialise in Immigration. She is particularly passionate about aiding people to gain a safe space and permanent home.
In her spare time, Insha enjoys learning new languages, reading and writing.
Insha is fluent in English and Hindi.
