About this service

Although the UK’s participation in the Ankara Agreement ended following Brexit on 31 December 2020, our expertise continues to support existing visa holders under this category.

While new applications under the Ankara Agreement are no longer accepted, Turkish nationals who already hold ECAA status can still apply for:

 

  • Further Leave to Remain (Extension) – to continue living and working in the UK under the same business or employment.
  • Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement) – available after completing five years of continuous residence and employment or business activity in the UK.

 

With over 10 years of experience and a strong track record of successful ECAA applications and appeals, our team continues to assist existing visa holders in maintaining lawful residence and securing settlement.
