Each area has its own regulations and exemptions for endorsement via the Codes of Practice. If the occupation is not listed or indicated on this document, applicants are allowed to select and make an application by selecting a role from the Appendix Skilled Occupations, instead.

If you already hold a sponsor licence under another category, you can apply to add the Creative Worker route through your existing Sponsor Management System account.
Please note that the Creative Worker route does not lead to settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain) and that switching into this route from within the UK is generally not permitted. Creative Workers can usually stay in the UK for up to 12 months, with the possibility of extending up to 24 months if they remain with the same sponsor.
