Careers At Ashton Ross Law

We are keen on recruiting talented, motivated individuals who are passionate about furthering their careers.

 

We provide training contracts to those individuals who are able to demonstrate commitment to the firm and a genuine desire to improve their knowledge and optimise their career path.  Unlike most other law firms, there is no minimum waiting period to be awarded a training contract.

 

We always offer opportunities for career progression and personal development and do our best to encourage and support you to reach your full potential. There is no glass ceiling within our firm and all of our lawyers are given the opportunity to become partners.
