If you are aged 16 or over and have received an unconditional offer from a licensed student sponsor, you may apply for a Student visa to study in the UK. This route covers degree and non-degree programmes, including pre-sessional English courses, foundation programmes, and positions as an elected Student Union Sabbatical Officer.

About this service

Our lawyers advise students on every stage of the application process: from preparing financial and English-language evidence to submitting the online form and attending biometrics.

We act for applicants starting new courses, continuing their studies, or switching into the Student route from another eligible visa category.

Our goal is to ensure that your application meets all Home Office requirements and that your transition to study in the UK is as smooth as possible.
