Estefania joined Ashton Ross Law in May 2025 and supports the firm’s immigration team, assisting on a wide range of immigration matters and client consultations. Since joining the firm, she has been developing her knowledge of UK immigration law while working closely with solicitors and caseworkers to support clients throughout their applications.
In her role, Estefania assists the team during client consultations, helps gather and organise supporting evidence, and supports case preparation to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and accurately. She regularly communicates with clients, particularly those from Latin America, and plays an important role in helping them understand legal processes and requirements in a clear and accessible way.
As a Latin American herself, Estefania has a strong understanding of the cultural and practical challenges faced by individuals who have recently arrived in the UK. She recognises that the UK legal system can be complex and overwhelming, particularly for migrants navigating it for the first time, and she is committed to making the immigration process more approachable and less intimidating for clients.
Prior to joining Ashton Ross Law, Estefania worked at TLScontact, where she was responsible for processing a wide range of UK visa applications on behalf of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). This experience provided her with valuable insight into the visa application process, document requirements, and common issues that can arise, strengthening her practical understanding of immigration procedures.
Estefania completed her undergraduate law degree (LLB) at Anglia Ruskin University. She is currently preparing to undertake the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) as part of her journey to qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales, with a particular interest in immigration law.
Outside of work, Estefania enjoys staying active by going to the gym and has a strong interest in personal development, which reflects her commitment to continuous learning both professionally and personally.
